lazy cake really is the best cake. It's so easy. Just melt a block of butter with two blocks of chocolate and a tin of condensed milk, or golden syrup (no idea if you can get that in the states) it is essentially a very clean-flavoured sugar syrup. mix in biscuits nuts and chill, voila.
